How To Retreive Your Account

To retrieve a forgotten account's password.

Step 1: Go to silid.co login page.

Step 2: Click on Log in.

Step 3: Click Forgot Password.

Step 4: Fill in the used email address for your account.

Step 5: Click on "Send Reset Link".

Step 6: A confirmation that a One-Time Password message has been sent to your mobile number.

Step 7: Check your phone SMS.

Step 8: Enter OTP code.

Step 9: Click verify.

Step 10: Enter a new password and click save.

Step 11: A confirmation will appear for the successful retrieving of the account.
